| Yep, the weather was cool so I took a run on the beach. Well what is left of the beach! I think it is about 5 or 6 feet closer to my back yard now than before Ivan blew into the gulf! |

| I love to run on the beach. I really keeps ya in shape. Plus when I am done, I can strip and get cooled off in the water! I hope none of my neighbors decided to take a walk today : ) |
