Fall Is Finally Here

Well not quiet yet. Ok so maybe some of you who live farther north are getting fall like weather, but those of us who live in the south are sweating it out! No I don't like freezing weather, but a little cool air would be nice!

I mean come on, my friend who has a little girl couldn't put her costume on the baby because it was too hot outside on Halloween! I walked a couple blocks with them last night, and I was sweating by the end of the walk.

I am talking a stroll here, and frequent stops. Not a hardcore work out!
